first figure out you HP goals, second, you'll want a smaller nose pulley or a bigger crank pulley, the racing pulley you have is actually gonna lower your boost. for 6 psi, you should be fine with 310's and stock fuel pump, anything in the 8-9 psi range or higher i would suggest 440's with a 255lph to be on the safe side. not sure about the S2 cams but the best cams for a supercharged aplication would be the gsr ex. and type r intake cams. change the cai to a short ram as it been shown to make more HP although it does raise intake temps. and finally, read this.....https://honda-tech.com/forums/forced-induction-16/%2A%2A%2A-official-jrsc-thread%2A%2A%2A-1214810/
lots of great info, you should find everything you need in there.

Measure your Unorthodox crank pulley. Chances are pretty good that the B20 pulley (6.5" diameter) will be bigger. If the B20 is bigger, it will increase your boost.

Have a read through this thread for a lot more info. It'll take a while, but your education will be immense:

This site has a TON of good setup info:

Like others have said:
GSR intake and ITR exhaust cams would be better for supercharging.
If you're wanting to boost 9-10psi with a B20 or Unorthodox crank pulley (I believe they are the same size) I'd say you definitely want to upgrade to 440cc injectors at least, 550cc might not hurt, and add a Walbro 255 fuel pump.
