Default stiffer valve springs causes hard turning cams?

ok guys im in the middle of putting my timing belt back on and when i go to turn the camshafts its really hard to turn and my belt keeps slipping note this is a manual tenisioner converted h22 also. can it be the stiffer valve springs causing this ?

dual valve springs? like OEM or aftermarket valve springs?

running super tech dual valve springs and titanium retainers and also valves

I'm thinking if I had the head in front of me I could figure it out. It's a pretty simple process of double checking everything, including stuff you should have looked for the first time around but maybe didn't like coil bind.

Yah, I know it sucks to be you right now but you'll never learn unless you run across and solve problems like this. Just plug away at it, you'll get there.
