you got a vx right?
yes lighter the car, the less the motor has work less work = better mpg
also the weight to power is going to be higher therefore quicker acceleration
bascially,
superlightweight small diameter wheels and narrow tires/light tires
all the unnecessary addons (PS and so on out)
lighweight exhaust, intake
lower the car to make it more aerodynamic
