Hey guys... I have been searching this and calling everyone i can to try and find out what it is. I bought an exhaust housing that was said to be off a gt3076r and was said to be a .82a/r housing.
The housing...only i.d. markings on it are on one side garrett is stamped and on the opposite side the number 3117202 is stamped. I have been told that the number isnt a part number or anything like that, may be a casting number. It is a 3inch 4 bolt outlet. It is a t3 flange and inside the turbine inlet there is a stamp that says .82in
After recieving the housing i try to install and the following happens...There is a noticable amount of space/clearence around the exhaust wheel. my guess would be about 1/8'' all the way around it. It also doesnt fasten to the centerhousing the same way that the old one did. The previous housing had a 3 piece flange with 2 bolts a piece. From the pics i have seen of various housings i am thinking that this is a housing for a 35r but i dont know.
measurement...I dont have any other way to measure it other than the old tape measure. Best i can eyeball it is right at 2 and 15/32nds. comes to 62.7mm or so.
Can someone help me i.d. this housing. I can post pics if i need to. I dont really see what that will do as i have told you all everything about it. Most housings will have garrett on one side and a series of numbers on the other. They are not on this one.
Thanks in advance guys

might help if you posted a pic
however by your description of the turbine housing design its a GT housing cuz its a 3 inch 4 bolt flanged outlet
its an .82 A/r
without pics cant really tell you if we feel its the correct turbine housing
different flange/fastening on the center housing is brand specific, some people choose to use a multi 3 piece flange to tighten some companies have a 2 piece.
