Default 95 accord front end problem

I just replaced both of my cv axles to fix a knocking noise. It is still making the noise when I turn to the right any ideas of what the problem could be??

Sounds like wheel bearing, check your control arms too.

Are you noticing anything else. Does it knock:

Going Straight?
Taking Corners?
Going Over Speed Bumps?
Backing up?
Applying Brakes?
Does it Knock if you bounce the Body?

Ok so it does it going straight if I correct the wheel to the right, it does when I take a right turns but not left. It doesn't do it when I push the breaks, backing up that I noticed. I am not sure about when the body bounces or going over speed bumps.

Check the steering racks' tie rod ends (both inner and outter) / both sides.
