if its your rings then you would be burning oil..to replace this you would have to disasemble your motor and get new rings...yet better to rebuild the whole thing
could be rings could be valve stem seals. do a compression and leak down test. youll find your answer from those.
Wow, yeah, you guys are jumping to conclusions saying to rebuild.
Start with compression and leakdown, and then come back with the results. Either can be purchased, and often rented, at an auto parts store. Harbor Freight sells them for very cheap also: about $10 for the Comp. and $30 for the leakdown (I own both and vouch for them). If you're uncomfortable doing it yourself, a shop can perform the test for you. Search around for directions on how to do it, or check out Team-Integra.net for an article for each with directions.

Comp wont alwasy rule out rings, but hows the PCV system look on this car? If the pcv is clogged it will burn oil just like bad rings due to excessive crank pressure blowing oil by the rings

When you do a compression test, be sure to take out all the spark plugs and disconnect fuel and ignition. You can pull fuses or do other things, just be sure to search thouroughly. Also, you'll need an air compressor to perform the leakdown test.
take the pcv valve out, and shake it. if it rattles or makes noise thats usually a sign that its still good. if you shake it and nothing happens, its clogged up and needs to be replaced. either way tho, theyre only like 4 dollars so its easier to just replace it.
