Default Need help please answer b18c5

I have a 01 type r swap that i recently put in the car about 10 months ago, everything went good until i had a problem with the tps. well i got a new tps and put it on and it erased the code that it threw in the car. but now every once in a while, when im ridin the car ill have it on 2nd gear just cruising at 2500 rpms when i switch gears to 3rd and then rpms drop down to like 2000 rpms and then step on the gas the car like hesitates doesnt go anywhere and then it goes but give you a hard jerk everytime you hit the gas on low rpms. what could it be. could it be the fuel pump, or my distributer, cause i have a ls distributer on my type r head, could that be the porblem. please guys let me know, what you think it is.

first id test ur tps to make sure its callibrated rite. Then id run a quick test on ur fuel pump to make sure no problems ther (Since u can test both these and completely iliminate them as a problem) then id look into ur ignition.

ok, first, like dude above said, did you calibrate the new tps? and i guess you cut a tab or two on your distributor... is it totally secured? did you jump the service connector under the dash and set the timing to 16 deg?

I didn't think an LS dizzy would bolt up to a VTEC head properly?

IIRC i tried it a while back and only one bolt would line up.
