Default h22 block problem. any help is appreciated

i have a jdm h22. the thrust bearing got chewed up and kinda ruined the caps and the crank. however the block is mint and the pistons and rods are mint. so my question is, i have a f22 block sitting in my garage. can i use the f22 caps and crank with my h22 rods pistons and evrything else. will this work. thanks

i don't think so. . . someone correct me if i'm wrong but f22 mains are 55mm while h22 mains are 50 (if its before 98) plus the f22 crank is a different stroke than h22 crank. the main caps i'm not sure on. but if you do try to use them make sure you have the block align honed.
