Default Anybody sell EGT gauge probes?????

hi, i just bought a used greddy warning egt 60mm gauge for 50 bucks and the guy mentioned it doesn't come with the probe. so I'm wondering if anbody here is selling any to fit the greddy egt gauge?? i called greddy up and they said it cost 110 for another one!! can anybody get one for cheaper?? thanks!!

ok..how about this..will a autometer probe work on the greddy?

it should work, I believe you just need a K-type thermocouple. Do you need an intermediate circuit? The autometer guage has a seperate box that goes under the dash.

well, if you have the "cold-junction compensating circuit" (I believe that's the name) inside the gauge you just need the probe. if it's not in the gauge, you'll also need this little box that's like a signal amplifier. I'm not sure where you can get just the box. maybe from autometer?
