Default where is the trans fluid dipstick

is this where i fill the trans fluid

No, that is where you fill it. There isnt a dip stick you remove the plug on the other side and down a bit, thenfill it till fluid comes out. It will be a plug with a spot for a 1/2 rachet, do not over tighten it.

the drain plug uses a 3/8" ratchet on this side at the bottom, and just above it a bit, almost level with the axle hole is a 17mm plug, fill it till it runs out. If your axles aren't in it well leak out there instead

i think that up top is just a breather hole not sure so don't flame me for this. but the filler plug is located near the axle and it is a 17mm bolt. fill it till fluid comes out of that hole then close it. never overtighten it you could crack the aluminum or ruin the threads!

You can remove the vss and fill from there. Just make sure you have the side plug off so you know when you are at the right level.

you can get yourself a funnel with a flexible end so you can fill it!

funnel with a rubber hose is what i use, think i got it at farm n fleet or something, works great!
