Default steering wheel vibrate honda accord

okay i got a honda accor d 1992 lx when i got the car the timing blet was off of it. soon after fixing the timing belt, and starting the car up i notice that the steering wheel vibrated hard.
is this because i didnt have the power steering belt on. because when i started it i was testing to see if the timing was right. so i didnt have the motor mount in and the power steering belt on.

Well, It could all be because of:

These things jump around even on the best of days.

If you have since installed your last errant Motor Mount and the condition still exists (particularly if you have an Automatic) pay attention to the rear-most mount. It is vacuum assisted and is often the author of vibration complaints.

I'd make sure mine had them. Keeps dirt and grit out of there.

You can go to TASauto.com all they do is accords and you can find all OEM parts and lots of great aftermarket parts for a great price. Was the car just sitting when the steering wheel was vibrating?
