Default G3 overheating issue! Help!!

Background: I have a 1996 Integra SE with a B18B1, all stock except for AEM SRI. In the past month I've replaced the radiator, thermostat, all coolant hoses, and all heater hoses. The car runs at normal temperature during normal driving. No leaks. No overheating.

The issue: My car only overheats while attempting to complete an AutoX "style" course. On the way there, normal temp. As soon as I start accelerating through corners, it starts to overheat. When I open the hood, coolant is all over the resevoir, no leaks anywhere else. Both radiator hoses are warm. Also(this could be the problem) I've never noticed the radiator fan running when I open the hood afterwards, except when the A/C is on. What could the problem be? Any help will be appreciated. Any questions that need to be asked before we can find the answer, ask away. However, please don't respond with " just drive normally if it doesn't overheat" because I would like to do some actual AutoX with my car but, with this problem, that won't be happening. Thanks.

Maybe you need a better cooling system for the Teg since you're running in an AutoX. If everything is fine and your overheating. Get an Electric fan(w/switch),Aluminum Radiator, racing thermostate(or take it out),racing coolant.
