the regulator on my normal ex door has 4 wires and the
civic type r power window regulator only has 2 i dont quite understand
the ex power window regulator has black red yellow and light blue

does anyone know how i should wire it out ??

The passenger window motor only has two wires.
If the ex power window red to red/blue and black to white/blue makes it go up, you need to reverse the polarity for it to go down. In other words, switch it to ex power window red to white/blue and black to red/blue. That should allow the window to go down.

so what i should do .. or at least i came up with is hook up red ( power) to both red/blue and white/blue and ground the black wire??
Are you working directly off the motor harness or off the plug? I set my power windows up directly off the power window harness, which is three wires on the driver motor and two on the passenger.
But I also set up individual switches since I will not be using stock door panels, and I also eliminated the one touch down function, as I don't like them.

fixed: i had to hooked the redwire to the blue and red, and the yellow wire to the blue and white,
the only bad thing is that i lost the auto function to the window , but thats no big deal
