What's a fair price for a used s200 and what should I look for to make sure I'm getting it all? Is there something that plugs in to an eprom socket in my p28? What is in the box,etc?
Dude says he has "software to tune" but I see that RE3 is no longer supported ("we no longer issue unlock codes" what does that mean?) and upgrade is 125. So I guess that makes the software a wash as far as value in the deal. Wondering what to offer. Help me out guys...?

Thanks, yeah downloaded the install manual last night and read up. I have the stuff left over from a Phearable setup, datalogging terminal, eprom socket, etc. I shoulda done this first step, I was fatigued...
