Default Burning Coolant after headgasket install

Recently installed turbo and after driving for a couple days i noticed a milky substance on my oil filler cap. drained oil and there didnt seem to be any coolant mixing with the oil. the car never overheated but i changed the headgasket because of the milky substance which was obviously coolant mixing with oil. replaced the gasket, and re-used stock head studs. head was checked for straightness even though the engine never overheated once. after installing the new gasket, my car is still burning coolant and blowing a little white smoke. nothing out of control but it definately smells sweet. im wondering what else could cause this to happen still? maybe because of re-using my stock head studs and they stretched? also in the radiator i can see oil is getting in there somehow.
