Default Question bout IACV

I had did a swap to a 95 b18c1 in a 94 civic with the p72 ecu. I did all the correct wire changes for the knock sensor, vtec, EVAP, and somethan else and it idled high so i bought a after market 65mm TB with a calibrated TPS well that made it surge so than i turned the tps and it corrected the surge but than i was throwing a code saying there was not enough voltage to the TPS, i knew if i put it back where it first was it would creat a problem so than i hook up a lil extra power to it and it work great but still my rpm was about 1300 rpm warm and 1600 cold. well now i recently bought a Skunk 2 Intake and now the rpms are worse 2200 cold 2000 warm. I check every thing form cooling routing to wires to the ecu and vacums diagram and every thing is correct. i have cleaned the FITV and screwed that white peice in and cleaned the IACV but still nothing, i have tried to set the screw on top of the TB but the thing is the screw is it is all the way in. I have got all the bubbles out of the radiator. I had seen if the IACV had turned on with power and it does. i had let my car warm up and plugged up the bottom hole and the rpms did not go down but when i plug the top hole it goes to 800-900rpm which sounds good so is that the problem? i had taken of the IACV and i had no power to the IACV and than i had a hose that was corret dia fitted it to the hole with the screen and i could breath air threw it. hope someone can help. thanks

you hooked a lil extra power up to your tps??? you know it runs off 4.5-5 volts, right? did you use any gasket sealer on the IM/TB gaskets? too much? permatex? you should use, if anything at all, only a TINY 1/2 paper thin dab of hondabond on gaskets. it smushes all into where it isn't supposed to be... are you familiar with vacuum leaks? is the brake booster or hose leaking??

see i was getting a code that my TPS was not getting enough voltage but when i checked it it was .45 closed and than 4. somethan wot so i didnt get what was going on so i jump a wire from a know power to the TPS wire and than i was getting .75 closed and 4.7 wot and rpms were decent enough to drive but it took my cel away and i was able to go get my emisions done. but last night i bought some starter fluid and was looking for leaks and when i sprayed around the intake mani gasket the rpms went done so i went around the whole thing and sure enough that could be the problem, so today i am going to go by a gasket and put it on.
