da speedo cable. supposed to be that short??
so im changing my speedo and disconnected all the electronic stuff and got down to the cable. it came out hard but eventually got it
..now on the re-assembly i can barely fit my hand to reconnect the speedo cable. is it supposed to be this short?? anybody else have problems with this too?? thanks all help is welcome

Yeah they are a bitch sometimes. What I do is I leave it disconnected from the trans so you can pull it farther into the interior to do the cluster then I pull it back through to hook it to the trans.

also when you do plug it in, make sure it's seated all the way both on the cluster and the tranny. sometimes it will feel like it's in but it won't be fully seated and will throw your speedo out of whack.
