Default front subframe is outa wack any way to whack it back?

my car was recently involved in accident and my front lca bent in the process and i tore the front subframe up a little bit , i need more expert advise as i havent had to tackle this subject before ,
i poped the lca out and everything kinda went back into place with the steering components the tie rod/steering rack works fine and is intact , i figure once i can get the axle out i can go to work on the area thats torn from the sub frame and hammer it back and eventually get nick to weld it back to the subframe and say **** it to the part thats tearing a little bit

as pictured.

if i can bend the lcas joint or whatever fork thing where it goes in i can get that shitty tac welds back to where they needa be weld that and not worry about the part where it bolts into the frame as much does any one have any input about what i just said cuz its just a idea haha

are they fairly easy to replace? just disconnect the rear motor mount( or take out motor/tranny completely ) disconnect the steering rack and unbolt the 4-6 how ever many bolts holding it up should be a cinch?

ahh if you popped spot welds like that you may wanna have that put on a frame rack cause id be willing to bet something other than just the subframe has been tweaked. What happened exactly
