install nice valvesprings & retainers (supertech, skunk2, etc), ngk bkr7e spark plugs (gapped to .028"), ngk plug wires, ~550cc injectors, and i'd suggest a wideband and hondata S300 ecu

get it tuned on about 8-10 psi and get it tuned by a pro to make about 250-300 whp. should be just fine for a long time if you treat it like you care about it (like premium chevron gas, keep her full of mobil 1 synthetic 5w40 (or 10w30,10w40)

Do a compression test and all Its all in the boost your going to be running and tune and you should be fine.

I've seen several 300-320 whp boosted GSR's on completely stock internals.

No thread jack intended but I'm shooting for 400hp range. Already have an s2oo and head work out of the way (with a few other goodies). Any internals i should look into? PM me if you would like to unless the OP would like some info on internal upgrades.

Full Race kit with FR Exhaust Manifold (R.T.W. Robotically Tig Welded, won't crack), Tial accessories (BOV&WG), and GT30R turbo....Basically this kit with a GT30R upgrade (it's integra but you call them and they can fit most anything) over the FR one:http://www.turbo-kits.com/integra_tu...html...(scroll down about 3/4 of the way and find a 94-01 "Integra" "Full Race" kit, not Peakboost...Under 4000 and you just install it yourself, it's not that bad. This will yield a stock GSR using a reasonable boost (8-10) anywhere from 300-375 depending on tune. Good Luck

Honda specifically engineered the engine to be completely NA, so turbocharging an otherwise stock engine will push the engine closer to its failure limit. Good thing Honda made this limit pretty high for ultimate reliability of the engine, just don't push it too far and you should be fine.
