Default Which Spark Plugs for my B18c1? BKR6E or BKR7E?

I know colder is safer for boost however I read this quote from "boosted hybrid" which I know knows his ****.

6's: 300-350whp level
7's: 350whp-450whp level
8's: 450whp-600whp level

I pretty much use the 7's in everything i tune and run, which is overkill. You'll get better gas mileage and partial throttle response with a hotter plug since it combusts the mixture greater.

Now the thing is, I plan to make around 275-300hp. I'm using a t3/t04e .63 ar, 550 injectors, drag3 mani, and Hondata for tuning allon a stock GSR motor. Should I just use the 6's so I have better combustion and better gas and will it be safe or should I just go with the 7's?

Napa, they were 2.48 each and they got them in the next morning. Autozone and Advance auto didn't have them even though they carried NGK's
