Default New camshaft, ideas/advice appreciated

I was wondering if anyone has had an experience with an upgraded camshaft for their accord. Iv looked at the delta regrinds and gude but as far as quality goes i dont really know. So someone let me know if they have any experience with these brands or other ones that are worth recomending. Thanks in advance

I've used a camshaft that was made by f22parts, at least for my case, cam was installed and didn't require advancing or retarding the cam timing, the idle was just below 1k rpms... when the car was tuned, it was advanced a couple of degrees, only a small gain from that, and that's how it was left.
Quicker response, idle was about 800 to 900rpms... and i was happy with it.

Now, my friend bought a cam for his car, one with a pre-made lobe numbers (off the shelf) from the same place, installed in his car and it actually made the car weak... we tried advancing and retarding up to 10 degress on each end, and that still didn't help, no matter what, the car would just not respond well above 5k rpms... since he could stand that, and didn't want to bother tuning, simply put the old camshaft (OEM) back in.
