Says will fit HX models.. I know it probably wont be 15hp, but will this intake help?

It'll help with HP, maybe a tiny bit of fuel economy.
I'd stay away from OBX though, I haven't heard much good about them. I'd go with either Skunk2 or Edelbrock.

ahh yes i've heard good of the edelbrock.

What have you heard of the obx?

So this wont negatively impact my lean burn vtec-e motor?

i've heard the OBX has fitment issues with various sensors and the IACV. I wouldn't think that it would be bad for the engine...
