Default brake upgrade gone awry

so I got the whole swap installed. and the dumb **** didn't tighten down the bolts on the front right caliper. two miles down the road the top bolt falls out the cailper slams into my (brand new) rim and digs a big *** groove into the wheel.

I wanted to ******* strangle his ***.

now the ABS light in on and he doesn't have a clue. the ABS really doesn't have anything to do with the caliper right? is there a chance the caliper just clipped the sensor or the wires or something?

PS - now that everything is tigtened down my car stops like a ****

I am sorry to hear about that. Well, I am pretty sure the bolt may have gotten the speed sensor.

'HE' would be Mike from Thomas Auto Works in Milwaukee, WI.

He did all the labor (minus tightening two ******* bolts) on the calipers, rotors, pads and lines for under 400. Now I know why he was so cheap.

So a couple of lugs fall off, loose a head bolt or two, and an engine mount comes off, big deal?

good business for him would mean that he would pay for any damage he did (i.e. to your rims)
