starter not turning over
What happens when you try to start it? do you hear a click? does your CEL come on when you turn the ignition to acc? Have you checked your battery for voltage? I know you said it's new, but if you have a short somewhere, it could have drained your battery. Also, look under the hood and dash for any blown fuses.
Yeah, I would check your grounds and fuses. I always check the small, easy, cheap stuff before I start replacing big ticket items. 80% of the time it is something really simple like a blown fuse...
check your battery voltage like I said before too. You can pick up a voltimiter from auto zone for like $10. What buzzer are you talking about? And does your check engine light come on?
let us know what you find out.

This is going on with my hatch w/ a new starter and alternator and battery! It'll start fine then running around doing stuff ill go to start it again and nothing, just as op described, no clicking and last time i couldn't jump it with cables. But when i go to jump the starter it starts. I think i have a loose wire maybe? why would it start and then not the next time does yours do that too?

Tap the starter when u start it. If it starts then your starter is getting stuck, and will need a new one. Let someone tap it, while he is tapping crank the car.

Unfortunately, there is no other way to check for a short circuit (that I know of) other than to follow the wires that you think may be causing it and looking for signs of exposed wire.
As I said before, I would start with the simple, cheap stuff. First check for short circuits, bad fuses, and grounds before replacing expensive parts.
WOW! That's a really good thought! Good job! That never occured to me. That's actually happened to me before. The little rubber grommet fell out one time, and I was going nuts trying to figure it out.
Yeah, rep to this guy. Check your idiot switch...
