i was wondering how much lbs can i run on a stock sohc vtec

meat is measured in lbs. boost is measure in psi. you'd probably be fine with 6-8 psi, but every engine is different. this is assuming you are using a relatively small turbo like a 57 trim t3/t4. 6-8 psi on a bigger turbo is not the same as 6-8 psi on a smaller one.
