Default Quick Question about a AEM Hybrid Intake

Ok......i was wondering what intake would be best for my 97 ek w/gsr engine. Im really leaning towards getting a AEM intake but i was wondering if they have a CARB legal sticker or not. Cuz i was reading somewhere that they werent CARB legal. So then why should i buy one then?
