B16 Swap Done!
Well we started on it last night started back up this morning and finished it about 3 hours ago. For the most part it fit in perfect. A few little things had to be changed on the wiring, and the new axles needed a little help to go in, but it fit.
Then we double checked everything and I cranked it over and.... it turned over real fast like no compression
My friend pulled a plug and a nice stale fuel smell came out. Turns out when fuel in left in a engine over time the cly walls are varnished in a way that you basicly have no compression. We put some tranny fluid in the cly and cranked it for a while and put the plugs back in. Tried it again and slowly it started to spark and........ vrooomm! Smoke was everywhere! Settled down and idled smooth as can be. It did throw a code since I am waiting for a 4 wire o2 and there is none hooked up. Made sure there was no leaks and drove it home (2 miles). It smoked on the way home still from the tranny fluid but it started to slow down once I got home.
Friday the o2 will be here and it should be done! I'll have some pics up later once my brother hosts the pics. It feels good to gain almost 100 hp in a day
Setup:
JDM B16 170hp/hydro tranny
Greddy SP Exhaust
00 Si AEM CAI
DC 4-1 Ceramic Header
Test Pipe
PR3 obd1 ECU
Odds and Ends:
GSR shift linkage
90-93 Int shaft and axles
00 Si upper and lower radiatior hoses
00 Si Fuel line with correct banjo fittings
94 Integra/stock 92 vx mounts
Civic Dx map sensor (firewall mounted)
Thanks to everyone who helped me with all the questions I kept asking
