That would need to go on a frame machine to pull the sway and the mash out of it. Baisically your front rails look like they are pushed in one direction and back on one of them.
The upper apron is bent as well. There is alot more there than just welding on new parts and bolting on new parts.
None of the frame of the car is bolt on. It is all welded. So no you can not just replace it without pulling it first and then cutting it out and welding a new one in.
It is not a seriously difficult repair but if you do not have a frame machine then it could be a bit harder to get everything to fit up.
I would not buy it if you do not have the tools to fix it properly. Would turn into a bigger headache then you think.

This is not worth fixing. The parts will be worth more than the car itself. A new front clip which includes the radiator support, radiator, lights, condenser, hood, fenders, and bumper will run you around 700-800. Add that to the 715 you paid for it and you could buy another dx that fully intact. Plus you would still have pay to paint it or at least the new parts.
But if you do decide to buy it, this is not a hard fix at all if you have the equipment. Frame should be straight. The passenger side doesn't look too bad and can be fixed. Infact if you buy a complete front clip, that part of the frame the passenger fender mounts to will come with it and you can cut it off and weld it on. I'm repairing a Prelude right now and the front is a lot worse than that. There is no frame damage on this. I just finished the repair and now I'm starting on the bodywork and paint. It will be a color change when I'm done. In my case it's worth fixing because of the resale value. I got this car back from insurance for 800. Here's some pics to motivate you if you buy it.

Wow thanks that helps alot.
I did endup buying the car i juss needed a car quick since my previous civic was stolen.
The day after i bought it my other civic ws found but the whole inside was stripped. cost me 375 to get it out the impound. so now i have both. But with the 95 civic i have a problem it overheats and i swapped the radiator and im pretty sure that radiator is good but im not sure i juss took it out of the stolen civic and it worked before so i assumed it would work. But the problem is that the fan does not turn on at all. and the car just over heats. i thought it might be the thermostat so i replaced that but still the same problem. what could cause this? is there any tests i can do to check. or even to check if the fan even works. Thanks
