Default CorSport endlinks adjustment questions.

How do you have your CorSport endlinks adjusted? I mean how far are they threaded and stuff? I couldn't figure out any logic in what made the most sense so I am wondering if anyone could help me out?

First off I want to say Corsport endlinks suck. I had mine for about 10,000 miles and one summer before 3 of 4 boots fell off and 2 of 4 endlinks were dead loose.

To adjust you just tighten the nut onto the side that the bolt gets threaded into (I think the silver side - installed them a long time ago). I just adjusted them until they reached the gap between the bar and mount, then I tightened 2 more rotations on each side. They weren't over tighten. The rears you don't have much play if I remember correctly.

Um... Dunno if you noticed but I already bought the CorSport endlinks. All I could afford. SO far no issues but I am not sure if I adjusted them right. If anyone could snap a picture that'd be awesome.

Mine aren't adjusted to the same length on each side, I had to adjust them differently to fit. I just extended it as far as I could so it was slightly pushing on the bar, until there is no slop in the sway bar if you grab it and skake it really hard

(that's what she said)

The best way is to make them the stock size and install them while the car is in the air.

95% of endlink issues are caused by bad install.

FYI, we do warranty bad endlinks.

depends on your driving and what you want for oversteer or understeer. You can't adjust yours like another persons because its an opinion of feeling and driving usage.

Ok. So basically as long as I adjust them to they way I like it I am not doing it wrong? I really like how it handles now so I am just going to leave it alone. The reason I was wondering if they were installed wrong was because if I do have any issue I wanted them to be able to be warrantied. I trust that I got a good product. All the other CorSport products I have I am happy with. (Strut tower bar, shifter bushings)
