OIL PAN modification!!!

Default OIL PAN modification!!!

did someone know or have a picture, how to make the oil pan modification for the turbo AJP turbo kit?

hole size , locate area, etc.

the hole isn't really kit specific. just as long as it is above the oil line and in a position so that when the return line is ran it would allow a free flow of oil from the turbo to the oil pan.

the size of the hole should be any size that accomodates the inlet/oil line fitting

what kind of fitting do they give you for the oil pan? weld or weldless?

yes I need to weld a pipe I guess!

but I dont where to locate it in the oil pan you know.!?

refer to my previous post for the location of the return inlet on the pan.

also, i'd suggest a weldless setup. i never liked welded setups because they tend to leak. if you really want to go with the weldless setup then let me know and I'll list all the parts you need and what you need to do. think about that option man.....it turns out really clean and i've never experienced a leak.

weldless FTW...only thing i did different was cut of the peice of the bulk head that's on the inside of the pan
