Default Turbo or head support brace??

I have searched. The turbo, manifold, wastegate, downpipe, etc. are pretty heavy. And I dont believe honda designed the heads to be carrying so much weight. Is there some type of brace that can be mounted on the turbo or any of its parts to support the weight?

you can make a heim joint off the turbine. i think atpturbo makes a nice little bracket that utilizes the bolts holding the turbine on the oil housing.

i seriously dont think its needed. not sure what type/brand of manifold your running, but there are many people on here running a sch 10 manifold with a 40 lb turbo and two wastegates with no brace with no problems.

I haven't seen one available off the shelf, but I have seen some that were fabricated. It doesn't seem to be any problem without one.Pretty rare to see one.

this is what i was talking about. bolt this to the turbine then use a heim joint and make a bracket coming off the head. i have a heim joint if your interested, but like mentioned, not needed at all.

If you're manifold is up to snuff, you should have no problems supporting the weight of even the larger turbo's.

Just don't expect a ching chang super duper polished childrens toy manifold to hold up for very long without some serious bracing and very little heat application.

Your just itching to modify something, you can do it but not really needed, if anything it would take load off the manifold. The only upgrade needed is if you have bolts (mostly obd2 engines) you can convert them to studs.

Your right I am looking to modify something, or make something last longer by being stronger. Well I was thinking of it as we put sleeves in our engines so that we can turn up the boost, but we dont add braces so we can hang stuff off of our engine heads.
