Icon2 97 DX Tranny or Clutch???

So Im driving along and every so often it feels like im bogging down in most all gears then if I give it a little gas it jerks foward, I changed my cap, rotor, plugs, wires and air filter this week in hopes it would fix the problem. it still does it, it only does it when the car warms up and not when it's cold, could it be my clutch???

no, if the clutch is bad then it will slip and the rpms will go up and you be the same speed or slower. Its a motor problem, is the cel on?

No, the engine light is not on, maybe the fuel injectors or maybe a sensor and when it happens the engine sounds like its trying to get more air, I don't know I'm totaly stumped, car idles fine though, it has 142000 miles, timing belt was done at 130000. the funny thing is I can feel it in the gas pedal right before it happens and I trained myself to press the chutch and coast to the next red light.

If all timings are fine, measure the fuel pressure.

Thanks guys, I think I can rule out the clutch or tranny (I hope), it wasn't so bad driving home from work today, good thing I live close to work, one other thing, it used to do it about twice a month or so but only in 5th gear ever since I got the car 2 years ago.

Im still stumped, while driving home today if I get on it for a bit it seems to go away, I have this ugly feeling that I will have to take it to Honda in the long run and end up paying a few hundred bucks for a ten dollar sensor or something stupid.
