Icon2 Squeak from DS front (I've searched)

Quick run-down: Happened for the first time shortly (20 miles) after going to a 1/2" wider tire. Couldn't find anything and it went away after a while. Came back a few weeks later and it's been intermittent since then (seems to do it more in colder weather?). The louder the noise the harder the steering becomes.

Description of Noise: Squeaking noise from drivers side front occurring during the 1st half turn of the steering wheel in either direction, during stopping and leaving from a stop. Only happens when full weight of the car is on the wheel.

Steps I've taken: Initially I thought it sounded like the spring was spinning on the strut perch, so I spun the spring back from the stop some and the noise went away for a while. Noise came back, spring had not moved.
I've checked the brake hardware several times and nothing seems to be touching.
The hubs have new ball-joints less than 6 months old.
The tie-rod ends are less than 2 months old.
I replaced the springs this week and installed Ground Control coilovers.
I've tried wd-40ing the hell out of everything
Car does not have power-steering (00 CX)

Help?

I think I'm going to try and replace the upper ball-joints with an adjustable camber kit. Hopefully that will be the ticket...
