When motor swaps are done, are ac compressors swapped too? I swapped a B16A1 into my CRX with my stock compressor and the bolts don't line up. I have one bolt that holds the compressor and when the pulley begins to turn, the compressor cannot hold the tension. If anyone has had this problem, please help.

I'm not sure about the fitment on a crx, but for egs you need to use a delsol compressor. ttt

 

In EGs and EKs with B series you need a Delsol A/C bracket and you can keep the stock compressor. Don't know about CRXs though. Sorry.

i have heard of people making the DOHC Vtec Del sol bracket work in a CRX/b series. Other people say it doesn't.

But what i do know for SURE works is the HAsport a/c bracket. it's around ~$200 I believe. Worth it IMHO.
