Default GSR Turbo---valvetrain suggestions??

Hey guys, im a a noobie here but i have a question about what valvetrain is recommended if i want to turbo my gsr. First off, my motor has 230 K and i am in the process of rebuilding it with these potential parts:
"Bottom End"
JE pistons~ 9.0 to 1
Eagle rods
ACL race bearings
miscellaneous new parts (head gasket, all seals, oil pump, etc..)

Now with the head, i was told by a friend that my GSR cams are ok to reuse for a mild/street turbo kit but suggested I should (1)look to either inspect my (valves, valve springs) to see if they are still good even though they have high mileage (2) replace the valves and springs with oem parts since they hold up pretty well as long as i don't rev it past 8000 or so or (3) look for a decent valve/valve spring combo.

Now what do you guys think....im in the engine building learning process and i would prefer to manage my budget wisely. thanks.....and any other suggestions such as intake manifold upgrades or whatever else are welcome.....

If you have the money, rebuild the head with OEM parts and use ARP studs and get a better manifold like skunk2. My friend is pushing 350whp tuned on 14lbs. His teg has 120k miles and it's only got the s2 mani and arp studs. It's fast enough, lols. I don't think you really need the dual valve springs unless you want to do something crazy like higher lift cams and reving past 8k

for your build i think you really only need to upgrade the valvetrain if you your going to put some sick aftermarket cams in it, other than that you should be fine.

if your going to reuse the old parts (which i would just replace since they have so many miles) make sure to get the valves re ground and seats worked on..you should be good to go
arp head studs are a must

ARP studs are going in thanks for reminding me lol...now i was told the GSR manifold is restrictive and the skunk 2 is a good piece to free up some airflow so also a good suggestion. My last question is where i can get a good deal on GSR oem valves and springs without visiting the overpriced dealer??

Thanks dude...i am leaning over to getting new oem valves and springs....but you mentioned something about regrounding valves and working on the seats. If i get new valves, do i still have to work on the seats?? Im learning how to install my valvetrain and its pretty straightforward but im wondering if i could just remove old valves and springs and pop the new ones back in without touching the cylinder head area where the valves seat.

OEM valves are expensive but it's really only the exhaust valves you need to replace. 9 times out of 10 the intakes come out looking new and can be used on the next valve job. spring wise, well you could buy 8 ITR intake springs and use your existing intakes on the exhaust. the only issue is the mileage on your springs and if they have lost pressure. you could test them & see what's found. if you want OEM springs search on ebay, i have two sets of 8 type r springs listed. they were used for maybe 3-4k miles and are as like new as it gets.
