arp head bolts?
Head bolts or the head studs ? Head studs are more so for the boosted guys so the head doesn't lift at all. If your n/a, and your not doing a headgasket, really no reason to swap them out.
I requested a short story for a title.

in a nut shell there just stonger bolts that help hold the head on if your plannin on doin some seriou modifying later on...I put a set in my engine when i rebuilt it so i dont have to worry about the head liftin when i boost it.
I HIGHLY recommend them for anything other than just a new headgasket on a stock engine
(would just used oem ones).
130 bucks well spent

I've read several engine build threads - stock, N/A builds, turbo, LS/VTEC, etc. and MANY people recommend replacing the stock head bolts with ARP head studs any time you remove the head from the block for the first time, for any reason.
Here is a page from the ARP catalog on head studs and why they're better than head bolts. The main thing is that with bolts, as you tighten them, the fastener is stretching as it's twisting. With studs, the fastener is already there, and as you tighten the nut on top, the fastener itself only stretches, without twisting.

New OEM head bolts run about $85 from Acura Carland. I've seen the ARP head stud kits for only about $30 more. Since you have to replace them anyway (do NOT re-use head bolts/studs) then I would spend a little extra for the extra piece of mind of better sealing on the head gasket.
