About a month ago I ordered the smaller Greddy intercooler kit and I still haven't recieved it. Is this normal since its such a big company, or are the intercoolers on a back order? Is there a number I can call to find out?

They may be backordered...have you called the shop you ordered from asking about the status? I remember when I ordered my turbo kit...it was backordered for 2 months...

I have, but he said "greddy is draggin their feet" and I was just looking for some other people that might have had some problems with them so I can cool down and be patient.

i think greddy has been having alotta difficulty lately. try calling them, but i dont think they're even answering the phones right now. all you can do is wait. good luck

 

I've been waiting for my type 31 intercooler for 14 weeks and 3 days

 

Wow...that's been too long.

 

the summertime is the WORST time to buy performance parts. Its always crazy like this.

 

I waited at least two months for my kit as well. But today, Mike at Importparts just notified me that my intercooler was coming in finally after 6 weeks so I'm happy its just coming. Now to raise the boost.

 

don't worry man, Greddy likes to take their sweet *** time when it comes to shipping you stuff out. I ordered my turbo kit in december 2001 and i finally got it this june. I was going crazy because everytime the shop called, they said it was getting ready to be shipped out. But in the end you will be very happy with what you get, kinda sucks to wait though.

 

I was told today the small intercooler was on backorder, and they will be getting more in on next thursday, then it will take 4 days to get here. so in a week and a half I'll have her!

yes, it took 4 months to get my greddy kit. just be patient.

I ordered the Greddy IC from MAximum Velocity and it took me two days to shipping here.. It is fast and great service shipping and Im lucky....

 

Curious to see how much the type 31s are going for these days. I bought a type 31 back in December of 2000 for $850 and was delivered within a week's time.

 

I have plenty of PWR intercoolers in stock...next day delivery

I t all depends on the shop, if they have the product in stock or haft to get it from greddy. I am a greddy dealer and so far my experience with them has been good. the longest I have had to wait for parts is a week..the type 24 intercooler I know is on backorder for a few months...the type 31 I am not sure of...

 

That's why you ask if it's in stock first. I got my kit in 5 days.

 

That is one heck of a deal!
Hopefully you'll encounter what I did:

I ordered a Type 31 IC for $750 (I remembered the right price this time... sorry)... but got a Type 24!

I love bungle ups in my favor...
