I have a 94 coupe with a d15b7. the fans stay on all the time once it turns on, and never shuts off. also, the temp guage is below cold and never hears up, unless you disconnect the fan, then it shoots to hot as fu*k. i just failed smog and i think its because of this. i think that since the fans never shut off its in open loop or something.

i already replaced the o2 sensor and cat..... its running rich it smells like a dirt bike.

please help...
