I'm looking to get my car tuned, or just chiping the ecu id pay this local shop to install the chip i have no idea how to tune or anything related to those feilds, I understand the concept but dont want to learn.

So my question is who makes a chip for a jdm b16a2 motor, its the stock odb1 ECu came with the motor think its p30, or what ever one is stock im on a conversion harness from odb2 to odb1.


Now when they make a chip do you list your mods and they try there best to set fuel maps and vtec or how's it work.

I'm looking for the cheapest way to tune my car, I only have one shop around me and these are the tunning solutions they have. Would a apexi vtec controler be better then a chip?

Usually, a dyno tune using a chipped obd1 engine computer will yield better results then a eprom chip that has a static program on it.
