I am in the process of connecting my wiring harness (originaly from a 90 civic DX) to my B16a. I thought all the wire connections were the same untill I was about connect the distributer. Shouldnt this clip right in?? What do I need to do to make this work?? PLEASE HELP!!!

You really didn't do your homework!
The Dx harness has two wires missing that the B16 distributor needs.

These are the wires on a B16 distributor and where they go at the ECU.
WHT/BLU (C4 at ecu) TDC sensor
ORA/BLU (C3 at ECU) TDC sensor
Empty
WHT/RED (B12 at ECU) Crank angle sensor
ORA (B10 at ECU) Crank angle sensor
BLU/GRN (C1 at ECU) Cyl sensor
BLU/WHT (C2 at ECU) Cyl sensor

I am aware of that, but the plastic clip is square on the harness and the clip on the dizzy is round. that is my problem. Should I just bypass the clip or what????

well, if anybody put a b16a into their honda civic, did the distributer clip match up (other than the wires that need to be added). I am just talkin about the clip itself from the harness and the distributer. If I am an idiot, let me know please. What do i do in this situation. I am about to just bypass the wiring clip and solder the wires together. please, someone help me.
