Did you use the clutch plate alignment tool to align the clutch properly when installing?

Sounds like the clutch master or slave cylinder.

Is there fluid in the reservoir?

I've never owned or worked on a DA integra, but i believe they are cable clutches.

frist off DA car cable tranny and not hydro. so its not that and 2nd if the clutch was not align right the tranny will not go in or mate wit the block so is not that either.so there for if you adjust the cable line and its still doing the same thing then. it's your throw out bearing i'm 110% that that the issuse.

either your cable snapped or the little adjuster piece snapped, or it could be your throw out bearing/ fork release spring. one of the forks on the spring broke and It caused my throw out bearing to fry.check out g2ic.com if your not on it, its a DA forum with lots of info.
