Icon2 New O2 sensor now CEL Code 4!!!

Since i bought the hatch with a b18a/b swap in it i found that the o2 sensor was not hooked up causing it to run rich. So i finally decided to change the o2 sensor with a new one and hook it up but when i looked for the plug to plug in my o2 sensor i couldnt find it. So i went to the ecu found pin c16(o2 sensor pin) and ran a new wire from that pin to the o2 sensor. Everything looked to be installed correctly at this point. So i go ahead and start it. It started, however it revs out at around 3k to 3.5 rpms and the cel came on and threw a code 4. If it helps the swap was kept obd0 and is running from the stock harness with a pr4 ecu. So can anyone please help me with my problem. It revs out at 3k rpm and im getting a code 4. What should i do?

well a code 4 is for the crank position sensor, which is in your dizzy. don't know why it just happen to go bad when you connected up the o2.. but generally if you have a code 4, you need to replace your dizzy. are you certain you got the o2 tapped into the correct wire at the ecu. you could try reversing what you did at the ecu and see if the problem goes away.
