The problem with the car is that at times while driving, it losses power and wont pick up normal speed until the car is shut off for a few minutes. Before it starts to act up it starts and runs fine. I did some research and it appears to be signs of a bad camshaft position sensor.
But a friend of mine claims it may also be the crankshaft position sensor.
Can anyone verify?

bad crankshaft position sensor would cause stalling, a bad camshaft position sensor causes poor engine performance and erratic behavior. If it hasnt thrown a code for it yet, id be willing to bet it will soon.

So as i assumed, the cam position sensor. It doesnt stall it just feels like its got a lot of lag. Has not given me a check engine light yet, that may just be because once it started acting up I cut it off,let it cool and continued on my way home. Ill mess with it tomorrow.
