Default Need some opinions on 94 Del Sol /w JDM motor for 5k

I am thinking about getting a Del Sol, does anyone think the setup on this car makes any sense?

He has lot's the fancy parts but the car come with a weak JDM D15 motor (I check and it's extremely slow)

Should I buy a Del Sol with B16 and fix it up or get the D15 Del Sol with fancy parts. But I would have to swap the D15 with a B16.

D15 drives like a turtle.

Pros: Fancy paint, rims.
Cons: expensive Wilwood parts that's no use to me because they are normally use for cars in NHRA don't see how it's going to do well with dd(great performance but dosnt last). N1 interested in buying a jdm d15 motor/lsd trany/ecu(it's got around 90HP to the wheels maybe)?

Is it stock? What year, body condition? I am prefer stock and mod it myself. I seem some with good after market parts and a lot with junk parts. But if it's got some good after market parts, I am willing to pay.
