Default quick defi gauge question

this is for those with defi gauges or has experience with them in their R.

im looking to get the defi boost and oil pressure gaugedefi link II control unit?

or can i just hook it up to all the appropriate wires and vac lines?

ive hooked up gauges before but never have had to hook them to a unit prior to other things like website states.

im not sure. it says that i need it but i just want to make sure.

thanks.

and to make it R related. here is a pic of my gauge cluster = D

Default Re: quick defi gauge question

The Control Unit II requires you to run the sensor lead harness from the sensor to the Control Unit, then output harnesses to the gauge display itself.

You'll only need to power, ground, ill (if applicable) the Control Unit II, not the individual gauges. The D-Gauges can be ran in the manner you're speaking of.
