Default gsr transmission problems

first of all i got bad throw out bearing sound coming near my clutch clyinder
i noticed lil bit oil leak from my slave and master cylinder but i check my oil and its full
shifter is reallly loose
bushings on the shift linkage that hold the side of the tranny is rip a little from the top
my car ran fine then started acting weird
FIRST problem:
could not put into reverse with engine on or off... RARELY will let it go in
SECOND:
having problems with my transmission
cant shift into any gears except 1,2 and 3 but feels like 3 in 1 ,4 in 2,1 in 3rd(you can feel that you are downshifting really weird)
my shifter moves freely when its in those gears.. i can move it left and right like its in neutral... took a look at shift linkage and seems fine.. i got type r gold shift linkage with civic shifter...the question is
IS MY TRANNY THE PROBLEM? and if it is how much to rebuild
or should i get a new tranny and also replace that bad TOB and cylinders?
let me know thanks

AS OF TODAY: shop called back and says that the problem is in the transmission
WASTED $80 lol
i am probably gonna take it to some more shops to look at it first
but let me know if anybody experience this
also email @ moneyintown if you got info
thanks alot

well when my shifter bushings rotted and fell out there was massive play, put some new ones in front and rear and shifter is tighter than ever!

when i had difficulty getting a transmission into gear in the past it turned out to be broken springs in the clutch hub for me.

are you positive you don't have a leaky slave or mastery cylinder? if there is fluid around either then it has to be coming from somewhere.

i was thinking it cant be in the gears since i was shifting fine, no slips, grinds etc.
i do have a leaky slave or master cylinder because i can see some wet spots around it inside past my clutch pedal.. checked the fluid and it doesnt seem to be low.. stays normal
