Were would I go to fix this ?
i'm having the exact same problem as you... my friend that works at body shop told me to buy a new window because the moldings are dried out so it wont be the same
I took it to a body shop, I was getting a quote on a new paint job. He said they couldn't do that and wasn't really sure were I should go.
Couldn't you just put new molding on without a different window? I think you could.

The molding stay with the window, if you want to replace the molding, you need to replace it with the window. Call up those mobile glass repair guy and they come and fix it for you. I replaced mine a few months ago because some try to steal my laptop and broke my window. A new window with molding was about $150 and a used one was about $100 and they charge you about $30-$40 to replace it.
ASK SHOPS!!! go around to diff shops or call them and ask if they can do stuff like that. the dealer can do it for ya, they just wont pull dents or fix any rust holes(at most places) but they will replace panels and trim pieces. as for prices it depends on where ya take it
i had a 95 teg that did the same thing and i ended up buying a replacement window, haveing a glass Co. put it in for me... it cost 125$ for the window new+tint put back on it, the glass Co. came out the next day it took um 20 mins and lookd like new... they took wire that was hot and cut old one out and sealed the new one in place with some kinda black glue type stuff... the glass Co. charged me almost 100$ a year ago... they said it would have cost me 280$ if they had to get the new window to put in...
i hope this helps you out...
