Can a b20 vtec pass emission "Washington state"
Well I have to do an Emission test soon Do you think It will pass

1996 integra obd2a
chipped p28 obd1 with obd2a to obd1 conversion harrness
no check engine like
replaced o2 sensor
car run great no idle problem
what do you guy think?
