i run a 7 heat range though, with no number at the end (.032" gap)

ok cool. platinum plugs or iridium required? also i would like to know how often u daily drivers change ur plugs...and what everyone is paying for them.

 

run standard V-Powers or IX plugs. not required, the IX just last a long *** time (110k service interval on most 02+ Honda's). the V-Powers are 2 bucks each. so if you foul some out, your not out a ton of money. once you get your car tuned i would switch to IX's. i will be running them after i get my car tuned again also.
