tranny sucks!
okay im having a big problem im have a hard time geting the tranny into gear it would go into 3 and 4th easy but 1 and 5 i would have trouble and it *would* not goin into REV. i changed the shift linkage out ardy..
sounds like synchronizers to me. little brass rings w/ teeth on em inside the tranny. maybe try draining the tranny and refilling it with gm synchromesh (gm pt# 12345349) to patch the problem, or just get the trany fixed
it would be cheaper just to replace it. if this was my problem i would just buy a synchro kit and do the job myself. it really easy but exclude this fact if you never ripped apart a tranny b4.
okay so i finish my motor swap put the wheels back on and drop it back to the ground.I put the car is 1st gear and gave it gas and it goes no where same with 2 and 3 rd gear. I would put it in gear and let the clutch go it would not die out just stay running.

If you can let the clutch out in gear with the engine running and it doesn't stall then you've most likely blown out the clutch or you don't have the axles in properly.
okay the problem is the pass side axle its keep popping out any idea i would snap it back into place and when i start the car up and put it in 1st gear it would pop back oout : (
When you go to put the axle you should get a nice satisfying "pop" when the c-clip pops into the diff. If you don't get that pop, the axle isn't in all the way. Also, are you sure you didn't twist the splines going into the diff?
Yea... that's bad. You shouldn't have any metal shavings or debris on the axles when you removed them. It's hard to tell from the pictures you posted but it seems like the splines are stripped down on the axle shaft. You shouldn't have to make the lock pin bigger, it should just pop right in. You don't need to force it in there with everything you got, it should simply just pop in.
I'm thinking that possibly the splines are ****ed up and that could be why the axle isn't going in all the way and snapping into place. Just from the pictures you put it something is messed with with the splines on the axle and possibly inside the tranny. If you can get some better pictures up that would be great. If you try to drive it without the axle shaft not inserted properly you could shear the splines off the axle or diff.
